The Colin Kyo pipe chanter is a soloist's dream come true. An award winner, the chanter sings with bright electric energy. Perfectly balanced to scale, it is also unusually comfortable and easy to finger. In addition, the reed seat is tapped for ease of tuning.

Colin Kyo instruments are buffed repeatedly to bring out the natural luster of the Blackwood.

All instruments are hand made and require time to finish. Custom bagpipe sets require up to 6 weeks for completion. Your wait time can be as long as four months. 

I prefer to build a set from start to finish before moving on to the next order. Attention to detail is paramount including close communication to your specific needs.

 I encourage you to purchase moose antler if at all possible when selecting your model.
The imitation ivory is wonderful and I make it myself.

However next to mammoth ivory, moose antler is fantastic and affordable!
